— What I bring —
A portfolio built for real-world impact
I blend creative craft with clear communication—turning messy requirements into work that’s easy to review, easy to ship, and strong enough to stand up in a portfolio and a production environment.
Outcome-driven execution
I start with the goal, define what “done” means, and make deliberate choices that move the work forward—so stakeholders see progress and end users feel the difference.
— Clarity over complexity
Clean, thoughtful craft
From layout and typography to structure and polish, I sweat the details that elevate a project—without losing speed, consistency, or maintainability.
— Designed to scale
Easy to work with
Responsive, organized, and collaborative. I document decisions, share updates early, and keep feedback loops tight so teams can move confidently.
— Communication that ships
A PERSONAL NOTE
Building calm, useful design—one project, one relationship, and one good decision at a time
I built this site as a simple introduction: who I am, how I think, and what I’ve been fortunate to work on. Over the years I’ve learned that the best work rarely starts with a big reveal—it starts with listening, asking sharper questions, and caring about the small details users feel but never name. Whether you’re here as a recruiter, a potential client, or a fellow creative, I hope you’ll get a clear sense of what I value: clarity over noise, momentum over perfection, and craft that holds up after launch day.
My work lives at the intersection of strategy, design, and execution. I like turning messy inputs—stakeholder opinions, partial data, tight timelines—into systems people can actually use. I’m most at home shaping flows, tightening language, and building interfaces that feel inevitable. The goal isn’t to be flashy; it’s to be obvious in the best way: easy to navigate, fast to understand, and consistent across the edges.
If you take a look through the projects here, you’ll notice a pattern: I’m drawn to work that has stakes. Products that need trust. Teams that need alignment. Experiences that have to perform under real constraints. I document decisions, share the “why,” and try to leave things better than I found them—clean files, clear handoffs, and a shared understanding of what success looks like.
If you think we might work well together, I’d love to hear what you’re building and what’s getting in the way. Even a short note is enough to start—context, timeline, and what “done” needs to feel like. I’ll respond as quickly as I can.
Thanks for stopping by—and for taking the time to look closely.

People I’ve worked with, in their words
A few short reflections from teammates, clients, and partners on how I show up—communication, craft, and follow-through from kickoff to launch.
Leon brings clarity to messy problems. He asks the right questions early, then turns insights into work that’s both thoughtful and shippable. Our timeline stayed intact, and the final output raised the bar for the whole team.

Leon is the rare mix of strategic and hands-on. He can zoom out to align on goals, then zoom in to polish the final 10%. Communication was crisp, decisions were documented, and the work landed exactly where it needed to.
